This includes ensuring that you have all necessary rights to such content and that you are not
infringing or violating any third party's rights by posting it.
2.6 ACCOUNT LIMITATIONS: Without limiting any other remedies, Ancorytech may limit,
suspend, terminate, modify, or delete accounts or access to Ancorytech services or portions thereof
if you are, or Ancorytech suspects that you are, failing to comply with any of these Terms or for
any actual or suspected illegal or improper use of the service, with or without notice to you.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
3.1 DESCRIPTION: Ancorytech provides a platform that specializes in artificial intelligencepowered
content creation and image generation tools, including but not limited to the AI Content
Writer and the Image Generator. These tools are designed to aid creators, marketers, bloggers, and
businesses in the digital content creation process.
3.2 AI CONTENT WRITER: Ancorytech's AI Content Writer tool is engineered to craft content
on a wide variety of topics, ranging from blog posts, product descriptions, research reports, to
creative narratives. While we have meticulously honed our AI algorithms, users must exercise
discretion and review all AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and alignment
with their specific needs.
3.3 IMAGE GENERATOR: The Image Generator tool provided by Ancorytech is designed to
enable users to produce infographics, social media graphics, data visualizations, custom
illustrations, and more. This tool seeks to offer a platform for users to express and create visuals
effectively. While our Image Generator employs advanced algorithms, the final design and quality
of images are subject to user inputs, preferences, and adjustments.
3.4 UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS: Ancorytech continuously seeks to enhance its platform
and may regularly update or modify its products and services. Such changes might be due to
technological advancements, user feedback, or other business reasons. Users will be intimated of

conditions of those platforms will also apply. Users should familiarize themselves with these thirdparty terms
to ensure a smooth delivery process.
6.6 SERVICE CONTINUITY: For subscription-based services or products, users will receive
continuous access for the duration of their subscription period. It's essential to ensure timely
payments to avoid any interruptions in service access.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
7.1 DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE: Due to the digital nature of the products and services

that there may be situations where users are not satisfied with the product or service received.
7.2 REQUEST FOR REFUNDS: If a user believes that the digital product or service provided by

7.3 CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To be considered for a refund, users must provide detailed reasons for their dissatisfaction, along
with any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or error messages. Merely disliking the content
or images generated does not guarantee a refund, especially if the service functioned as described.
7.4 REFUND PROCESSING: If a refund is approved, Ancorytech will process it using the original
payment method within fourteen (14) business days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to
reflect in a user's account may vary based on the payment method and the financial institution
involved.
7.5 NO DOUBLE REFUNDS: Users may not seek a refund for a single order or transaction from
both Ancorytech and through a third-party payment provider or financial institution. Such behavior
is considered fraudulent, and Ancorytech will take necessary actions, including legal remedies,
against users found engaging in such practices.
7.6 FINALITY OF REFUNDS: Once a refund is processed and issued, it is considered final, and
users cannot request additional refunds or compensations for the same order
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1 OWNERSHIP: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, trade
names, patents, copyrights, and other proprietary rights related to Ancorytech, its platform, tools,
algorithms, user interface, and any content (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive
property of Ancorytech or its licensors.
8.2 USE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Users may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell,
lease, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Ancorytech's intellectual
property without our express written consent.
8.3 CONTENT GENERATED BY USERS: While using Ancorytech's platform, users may
generate content or visuals. The intellectual property rights for such user-generated content remain
with the user. However, by utilizing our services, users grant Ancorytech a non-exclusive, royaltyfree,
worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content for the
purpose of providing, improving, and promoting our services.
8.4 NOTICES OF INFRINGEMENT: If any user or entity believes that their intellectual property
rights have been infringed upon by content or materials on Ancorytech's platform, they should
promptly notify us with detailed information, including evidence of ownership and specifics of the
alleged infringement. Ancorytech will investigate such claims and take appropriate actions, which
may include removing the allegedly infringing content.
8.5 INDEMNITY FOR INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS: Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold
harmless Ancorytech, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from any losses,
costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of
claims of intellectual property infringement related to the user-generated content.
8.6 TECHNOLOGY AND SOFTWARE: Any software, algorithms, or technology provided or
made available by Ancorytech is protected by intellectual property laws and international treaties.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use such technology
solely for the purpose of accessing and using Ancorytech's services.

10.1 INITIAL RESOLUTION ATTEMPT: Should disputes arise between users and Ancorytech,
both parties are encouraged to seek an amicable resolution by directly communicating with each
other. Ancorytech's customer support can be contacted for assistance and to facilitate the dispute
resolution process.
10.2 BINDING ARBITRATION: If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication,
both parties agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy through binding arbitration
administered by a recognized arbitration institution, following the rules of that institution. Such
arbitration will be held in a location mutually agreed upon by both parties, or, failing agreement,
as determined by the arbitration institution.
10.3 CLASS ACTION WAIVER: Both users and Ancorytech agree that any proceedings to resolve
disputes will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative
action. Neither party is permitted to bring a claim as a class representative or class member on
behalf of others.
10.4 GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or relating
to them, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States,
without regard to conflict of law principles.
10.5 TIME LIMITATION: Users agree to initiate any dispute proceedings within one (1) year after
the dispute arises. Any claim not filed within this time frame is permanently barred.
10.6 INJUNCTIVE RELIEF: Notwithstanding the aforementioned dispute resolution processes,
Ancorytech reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent
jurisdiction to prevent any breach or threatened breach of these Terms and Conditions or
infringement of intellectual property rights.
11. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS OR SERVICES
11.1 RIGHT TO TERMINATE: Ancorytech reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend,
terminate, or restrict access to any account or the use of services provided on the platform without
prior notice. Such actions may be taken due to, but not limited to, violations of these Terms and
Conditions, illegal activities, fraudulent behavior, misuse of services, non-payment of fees, or any
actions that may harm other users or Ancorytech's reputation.
11.2 USER REQUESTED TERMINATION: Users may request to terminate their account with
Ancorytech at any time. Upon receipt of a termination request, Ancorytech will take steps to
deactivate the user's account and delete personal information in accordance with our Privacy and
Data Protection policies, subject to data retention requirements under the law or for legitimate
business purposes.
11.3 EFFECT OF TERMINATION: Upon termination, whether by Ancorytech or at the user's
request:
11.3.1 All rights and privileges associated with the user's account will cease immediately.
11.3.2 Any unpaid balances or charges must be settled by the user.
11.3.3 Ancorytech is under no obligation to retain or provide copies of any content, data,
or information related to the terminated account, except as required by law.
11.4 NO REFUNDS: Termination, irrespective of the reasons, will not entitle the user to any
refunds for payments made prior to the termination, unless specifically agreed upon in writing by
Ancorytech.
11.5 SURVIVAL: All provisions of these Terms and Conditions which by their nature should
survive termination, including, without limitation, intellectual property rights, disclaimers,
indemnities, and limitations of liability, will remain in effect even after an account's termination.
12. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
12.1 CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION: By using Ancorytech's services or
providing personal information to us, users consent to receiving communications from us
electronically. This includes, but is not limited to, emails, notifications, and other electronic
messages. Users agree that all communications provided electronically satisfy any legal

13.4 TERMINATION OF LICENSE: Ancorytech reserves the right to terminate the license
granted herein, at its sole discretion, should any user breach the terms and conditions stipulated in
this agreement. Upon such termination, the user must immediately cease all access and use of the
website and its services.
14. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT
14.1 USER SUBMISSIONS: Ancorytech welcomes user feedback, comments, reviews, and other
submissions on its products and services. When users submit content, they grant Ancorytech a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce,

rights to the content they post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content supplied does

harassing, libelous, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, false, contrary to public policy, or is
otherwise objectionable, as determined by Ancorytech at its sole discretion.
14.4 MONITORING OF CONTENT: Ancorytech retains the right, but not the obligation, to
monitor and edit or remove any activity or content that it deems in its sole discretion to be harmful
to users, Ancorytech, or the rights of any third party, or to violate any applicable law. This includes
the right to determine the appropriateness of any user submissions and to remove or refuse to post
any submission without prior notice and at Ancorytech's sole discretion.
14.5 NO COMPENSATION FOR SUBMISSIONS: Unless explicit arrangements are made prior
to submission, no compensation will be paid with respect to the use of any user submissions.
Ancorytech is under no obligation to post or use any submission provided by users and may remove
any submission at any time at Ancorytech's sole discretion.
14.6 THIRD-PARTY CONTENT: Users understand that by using Ancorytech, they may be
exposed to third-party content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and they hereby waive
any legal or equitable rights or remedies they may have against Ancorytech with respect thereto.
14.7 RESPECT FOR THIRD PARTY RIGHTS: Users must not post or distribute content that
